What our AI chatbot development services include

Answers from your own content. The bot draws on your approved documents and pages, with sources it can point to, so answers don't depend on the model's memory.

Connections to your systems. Order status, bookings, account details or your helpdesk, with permissions limited to what's necessary.

Handoff to people. When a customer is upset, the question is sensitive or the bot isn't sure, it passes the conversation on with a summary.

Limits. Clear rules on what it may do and discuss. Actions like refunds are checked by ordinary code, not left to the model's judgment.

Testing before launch. We build a test set from real questions, including awkward ones and attempts to mislead the bot, and measure the results.

Do you need a custom chatbot?

If your helpdesk already offers a good AI feature, or a ready-made tool covers your needs, start there. We'd build custom when the bot needs deep connections to your systems, must follow your own rules or handles sensitive data. It's also worth reading the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent, since it affects both cost and risk.

Will it make things up?

Any AI model can make mistakes. Using your own content, requiring sources, testing and handing off to people all reduce the risk, but no one can honestly remove it entirely. That's why we set limits on what it can do.
